Substance Abuse Services

We offer SACOT, SAIOP, OPT, and PSS services. Our specialty lies in treating alcoholism, drug addiction, dual diagnosis, mental health and substance abuse, and opioid addiction.

DOT-SAP Assessments

Sure Foundation provides a DOT-SAP return-to-duty program. You’ve worked hard for your CDL and now it’s at stake. Together we’ll get you back behind the wheel!

Clinical Director Gale Shiver is a licensed clinical addiction specialist with more than 30 years experience in substance abuse and mental health.  We will help you get back on track.

DWI Services

We provide DWI Assessments, ADETS, Short-term and Long-Term Treatment.  In North Carolina, a DWI Assessment is required prior to receiving a Limited Driving Privilege.

She leads a team of licensed professionals who are fully committed to providing the highest quality service and care in the most supportive, comfortable, nonjudgmental, and positive atmosphere possible.
